Le formulaire devra être envoyé par mail avec les papiers de l'animal, le certificat de bonne santé sera gardé par Dr Glasgow, aussi il faudra garder une copie de ce certificat pour l'avoir à Grenade. ____ Please find attached the conditions for the importation of dogs into St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I have attached the application form that must be filled out completely and correctly and returned to us, along with all the relevant documentation for your dog, in order for an import permit to be considered. Under the information required for the Importer's Address, you must provide a local address in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where you will be spending the majority of your time during your month stay in the country. It can be a marina, a village or a town near where you will be moored, but there must be information for a local address here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Exporter's address requires the full physical address of where you were located in the country where you last landed with the dog. We also need your permanent physical address in your country of origin. As indicated before, we need this information urgently in order to process the import permit.
